Can Money Buy You Wellness?
0
April 24th, 2011Other ArticlesMany people assert that money can not buy you love…or happiness or wellbeing. And perhaps, from one way of looking at it, these people are correct. All the wealth on this planet can not buy lost time and opportunity; it can’t replace a lost bond with your kids; neither can it buy love, acceptance, or wisdom.
Nonetheless, a financial health check will reveal that the very same strategies that attract money are also those which happiness, health, and love are dependant on. Many of the values necessary to attract wealth are the same values that are the basis of all wellbeing in life. It takes balance, visualization, planning, resolve, and action (amongst other things) to produce anything meaningful and valuable in our lives, including financial wealth.
These types of attributes don’t merely walze into people’s lives. They demand a bit of pursuing and focus to develop. This is time well spent, whether it is a manuscript, an audio track, or just some hushed, inward thought. This includes useful self employment ideas. This is necessary if we are going to be able to employ these values to our lives. The cool thing is that if we make the effort, as tough as it may be, we will see ample results. There isn’t any doubt about this. It is a formula that’s been tested time and again.
Wealth flows toward people that live their lives well. It may not create health and happiness yet it’s there for the same reasons. We have to have health in this region of our lives as much as any other . This is why a financial health check is so necessary. This is why it’s worthwhile to read titles like Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich and to think about self employment ideas. Books like these not only aid us financially but in every other region of our lives too.
So money will not get much more than hallowness for some. But for people who seek the wisdom in equilibrium, creativeness, planning, perseverance, and action, wealth is a wonderful thing that comes (like love, happiness, and health) to bring fullness and joy.
